This equipment will allow printers (or a printer) to take control of their (or his) ink mixing needs and will SAVE MONEY &TIME!

You only need to mix the amount of ink required for the job and you can get rid of the infamous "wall of ink."

Overview

With the newly developed 2-way dispensing nozzle the printer has the opportunity to dispense exactly the quantity he needs. For high precision small doses ( 0.1 gram), a light press of the dosing-lever will release a fine spurt of ink. A firm press will make large doses possible in a short period of time.

After making a new color, the printer doesn’t have to reseal the lids of the base colors, the can is always sealed with a press plate which prevents air and dirt getting into the ink. The Easydoser®is very easy to use and cleaning takes only a few seconds after producing your special color.

The carrousel has 14 positions for storage all of the 14 Pantone ®base colors.

The Easydoser®is low cost in comparison with other systems. It is a simple to use manual device with no expensive software or electrical components which can cause malfunction.
