The emco PTM 5 is a battery-powered, electronic mobile measuring device for the determination of the thickness of non-metal materials, such as papers, textiles, veneers, wood, leather, rubber, plastic and glass. The measurement conditions according to DIN EN 50981 and 50984 for the determination of the thickness of paper are ensured.Features :
Immediately ready to be used, pre-programmed calibrated
Measuring range from 0 to 5 mm
High measuring accuracy
Measurement on contact pressure of 100 ± 10 kPa
Simple zero-balance against the test platform
Display can be switched between µm, mm and mils (1/1000 inch)
PTM 5-M with measuring value storage, RS232 and software
Adapted for continuous measurements
