The emco IAS Press marks tester is the industry standard for detection and control of the embossing of cigarette papers.The optical appearance and functionality of cigarette papers are changed by linear coinages which are called press marks. The parameters are determinated by the Press marks tester with the original algorithms of Dr. Hermann Praast (Darmstadt).
